Push notifications do not arrive

To receive push notifications, background services of the application must be running. If their work is blocked on your device, push notifications may not arrive. The reason for this may be third-party or pre-installed programs, optimizers, antiviruses, etc. If your have problem with notification, please contact technical support.

 

Unable to add detector

- Make sure that there is a reliable Internet connection smartphone - cloud and controller - cloud, the lower LED on the controller should be ON or flashing green.
- Remove the battery and make sure that the detector to be registered is set to "mode 2" and the selected letter (you can check it with detector User Guide).
Check that after clicking the "Enable wireless detector registration mode" button in the application, the middle indicator on the controller switches to the registration mode: frequent alternation of red and green. At the moment when it starts flashing, install, observing the polarity, the battery into the sensor. Verify that the sensor LED lights up for a few seconds. Wait for 1 minute for a pop-up message to appear in the application about the successful registration of the detector.

 

When the battery is installed, detector LED doesn’t react in any way.

1. Check that the battery is from the delivery set or corresponds to the detector user guide.

2. Check that the battery is installed with the correct polarity.

3. Briefly for 1-2 seconds close the contacts of the battery.

4. Try to use a different battery.

 

Why does the controller lose connection with the cloud when the power adapter is disconnected and the backup battery is installed?

1. The battery is intended to back up the controller power only when operating via SIM-cards. Installing a SIM card is recommended.

2. It is possible that the battery is discharged or did not have time to charge.

Why is there no signal about the loss of connection with the facility when the Internet and GSM are disconnected?
To exclude messages about the loss of communication channels connection, a message about the loss of connection with the facility is issued after 10 minutes of no response from the facility. Loss of connection on one channel out of two is issued instantly.

 

What is a partition?

A section is a dedicated detector or a group of detectors. As a rule, a partition is a guard line (perimeter, volume, room, entrance, etc.). All detectors must be assigned to partitions.

 

What is delegation?

The function allows you to share control of the protected facility to a trusted person using the mobile application.

 

Which relay module can be connected to the Security Hub controller to be controlled via the application?

Controller has 6 built-in relay outputs. Also you can connect to the controller wireless relay modules: Astra-8231 (module) and Astra-8731 (smart socket).

 

Can the Security Hub be connected to the security company?

Yes it is possible. You can check the list of security companies that work with the Security Hub on the security-hub.ru website or in the Security Hub mobile app.

 

Unable to change partition name in Security Hub app

To change the partition name, you need to disarm the facility and make sure that the controller is connected to the Internet.

 

Once deleted from an account, the controller cannot be added to another account

The procedure will not be performed if the controller has not been deleted from the previous account, the facility is armed, or there is no connection with the server.
