To exclude the negative effect of other equipment connected to your router on the Security Hub controller (or Pro series control panel), it is recommended to allocate the LAN port to a separate VLAN network and connect your Security Hub controller or Pro series control panel to it.
Here is the configuration of "TP-Link Archer C5" router shown as an example:
- In the address bar of your browser, enter the IP address of the router (default 192.168.0.1) and log in (see the manual for the router)

- Go to the tab "Advanced settings"

- Select the "Net" section, the "Grouping interfaces" item and click the "+ Add" button

- In the window that appears, come up with a name for the group (for example, Security Hub), check the LAN (for example, LAN 1) checkbox to which the Security Hub controller or LAN module (PAK Astra) is connected, check the "Enable group isolation" checkbox.
